The Hoover Baseball Booster Club meeting scheduled for May 16 is cancelled.

             Alex Binnie hit a bases loaded 3 run triple in the 6th
             for the game winning RBI.
       May 15  Hoover 8  Lake 7
             Connor Jarvis and Alex Binnie hit back to back doubles
             in the 9th inning to secure the victory for John Zucal.
       District final is Wednesday May 15 vs. Perry at Thurman Munson
             Stadium at 4:30.

Hoover All-Time Records

Hoover High School has been participating in varsity baseball for over 50 years. During that span, there have only been 4 head coaches -- Don Hertler, Sr. from 1954-1970 (220-90), Gordon Knisely from 1971-1984 (230-145), Mel Long from 1985-2004 (317-196)and Jeff Hite from 2005 to present (51-31). Statistics exist only back through 1984, but these are the superlative efforts recorded during that time.
